Return & Exchange Policy
At Competition Cornhole, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where the customer changes their mind. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if deemed a defect, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Color Variance: Actual product colors may vary from what you see online. Display settings, lighting, paper/fabric lots, and design color palettes can affect final appearance. Minor variance is expected and not considered a defect. If you believe your item is significantly different, please reach out with your order number and clear photos for evaluation.

We are committed to ensuring that all our customers receive brand-new, high-quality bags. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. All sales are final, including custom items and cornhole bags.
Order Cancellations
Orders are made specifically for you once they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please note that a non-refundable $10 charge will apply.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns without prior authorization ("Forced Returns") will not be accepted. Any forced returns will result in forfeiture of the item, and no refunds will be issued. Always contact us before returning any items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately—within 24 hours of delivery—to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the best way to get your new item is to return the original and place a new order after we accept the return.
Refunds
Refunds are typically issued as in-store credit for future purchases. In certain cases, we may offer a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
